Mr.J.F.Fernandopulle is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Fellow Member of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. He is the Senior Independent Director of Richard Pieris & Company PLC and is the former Chairman of Richard Pieris Finance Ltd. He also serves as an Independent Director at National Credit Guarantee Institute Ltd. He had also worked in the capacity of Finance Director at Mahaweli Coconut Plantations Ltd prior to becoming the Managing Director. He was also the Managing Partner of Kudawewa DC Mills. He served on the Board of Chilaw Finance PLC after the takeover by Richard Pieris Finance Ltd until the merger. He has served as a Director of the Coconut Development Authority and Coconut Research Institute and has also served on the Advisory Committee on Coconut at the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Coconut Industries. He has represented Sri Lanka's Desiccated Coconut Manufacturers Association at the Asian & Pacific Coconut Council.

He was a Deputy Minister of External Affairs during the period of November 2010 – January 2015, Deputy Minister of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources during the period of January 2007 – January 2010 and Deputy Minister of Co-operatives & Internal Trade during the period of April 2010 – November 2010. He is the Managing Director in St. Anne’s Salt Daluwa (Pvt) Ltd, St. Anne’s Factory & St. Anne’s Enterprises.

Ms. Gillian Edwards is a career banker with over 36 years of experience in the Sri Lankan Banking Sector. Having rendered her services to DFCC Bank PLC and Seylan Bank PLC, she counts for over a decade at Senior Corporate Management level. Her work experience spans the transformative years in Retail Banking. Under her Leadership, Personal Financial Services / Retail Banking was set up at DFCC Vardhana Bank PLC and she progressed to head the Consumer Banking at DFCC Bank PLC. Having held the positions of Senior Vice President Consumer Banking at DFCC Bank PLC and Assistant General Manager Personal Banking at Seylan Bank PLC, her vast experience covers all aspects of Retail Banking, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Ms. Edwards holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Southern Queensland, Australia, a Post Graduate Executive Diploma in Bank Management from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, and is an Associate Member of the Certified Management Accountants, Australia. She was honored for her achievements in the Banking Sector at the “Top 50 Professional and Career Women Awards Sri Lanka and Maldives, 2020. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Commercial Credit and Finance PLC and Seylan Developments PLC. She is the Chairperson of the Board Human Resource and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Board Integrated Risk Management Committee at Commercial Credit and Finance PLC. She also functions as the Chairperson of the Board Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Related Party Transactions Review Committee at Seylan Developments PLC.

Mr. Jude Tiller Fernando overall possesses over 37 years extensive experience in the Banking and Financial sector. He is currently functioning as the Chief Executive Officer of National Credit Guarantee Institution Ltd (NCGIL), a public private partnership between the Government of Sri Lanka (GoSL) and thirteen leading Financial Institutions, incorporated with an objective of providing credit guarantees to the Financial Institutions to partly secure their lending to Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs) in the country. He is currently responsible for management of the overall functions designed for achieving the business results and thereby to achieve the expectations of GoSL, Asian Development Bank and Financial Institutions. He has served at the Palladium, an international consultancy firm handling the Catalyze Sri Lanka Private Sector Development Activity, a USAID funded programme, in the capacity of Director Financial Facilitation/ Inclusive Finance with the main responsibility of heading Financial Facilitation Team working for private capital mobilization for Sri Lankan MSMEs. He was responsible for dealing with Financial Institutions (LCBs, LSBs LFCs, MFIs), Business/Investment Advisory Service Providers, Trade Chambers, Trade Associations and leading business firms with the goal of enhancing competitiveness of MSMEs and providing better access to finance through both debt and equity. He has also served at the Hatton National Bank PLC as the Deputy General Manager, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Mid-Market and possesses widespread experience in Branch Banking, Regional Management and Corporate Management level involving business development, operations, human resource administration and policy/strategy designing. He provided leadership for three business segments of Microfinance, SME and Emerging Corporates and achieved the “Best Bank for SMEs in Sri Lanka” title in the years 2018 and 2019 by Asiamoney. At the Bank, he was instrumental in revamping the process of credit administration of SME business with the introduction of SME Cells covering the entire Network. During his tenure, the Bank was able to maintain the leading position in Microfinance & SME lending among the Private Commercial Banking sector of the country with substantial customer base and portfolios..

Mr. Munaweera holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Business studies and finance, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka (WUSL), a Master’s Degree in Agri -Enterprise & Technology Management (M. AETM) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Plantation Management from the Faculty of Agriculture & Plantation Management, WU-SL. Further he also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (WUSL), a Diploma in Agriculture from the Aquinas College of Higher studies and a National Diploma in Plantation Management, awarded by the National Institute of Plantation Management. He is also a Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary), a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka and a Professional Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Agriculture (SLIAG). As a career agriculturist specialized in Livestock integrated plantations with a wide range of work experience in the semi-government and corporate sector, Mr. Munaweera held several top managerial posts in both private and government organizations. As such, he is an Ex-General Manager of the National Livestock Development Board and the CEO/Director of the Mahaweli Livestock Enterprises. He also served as the CEO of the Ambewela Dairy Complex of Lanka Milk Foods (CWE) PLC. He currently functions as a senior consultant to the All-Island Dairy Association and a Director of the Agriculture Sector Skills Development Council of Sri Lanka.
